What should I do if I’m not getting emails from CCC?

Please check your spam folder to confirm whether the email is in there. If it is, we recommend moving it to your inbox, so the CCC emails are not continually marked as spam. If it isn’t, please update your MailChimp email subscription using this form.

What is the CCC phone number?

The LDP cell phone number is 470-641-8524. You can text or call this number with any questions.

How do I join the CCC Remind group chat?

To join, please visit https://www.remind.com/join and enter the code you previously received via email (email [email protected] if you need the code). For more information on how to join the chat, click here.

Each LDP location will also have their own Remind group chat. To join your location’s chat, visit https://www.remind.com/join and enter your location code (email [email protected] to get the correct code).

Remind is used to send day-of session reminders, program sign up reminders, and more. Please ensure that notifications are on and you have opted in. Click here for more information about using Remind.

What is my LDP Track?

Tracks are the number of years you have been in LDP. For example, if 2024 is your first year, you are in Track 1. If 2024 is your fourth year, you are in Track 4. The tracks stay the same for the entire calendar year of the program and then you move up a track each calendar year.

Where can I find the 2024 LDP calendar?

The most updated version of the calendar will always be available by clicking here. Information about requirements for attendance can also be found on the calendar.

There is also a version of the calendar that you may add to your personal calendar by clicking here and following the instructions below.

• Click on the iCal/RSS button.
• Click on the location’s calendar you want to add. 
• Click on the session you want to add.
• Click the third icon from the left to download this event.
• Open the download to add it your calendar.
• Repeat for all sessions and locations you want to add.

How do I change or cancel my volunteer registration in Sign Up Genius?

When should I expect to receive the details on a volunteer program I signed up for?

The important details for volunteer programs are emailed around one week before the program to both teens and their parents.

How do I know which one of my teens signed up for a program?

If you have multiple children in LDP and aren’t sure which teen signed up for a program, you can check the volunteer registration Sign Up Genius link to find the full list of teen volunteers.
