The money we raise during the fundraiser goes directly to CCC’s programs and the children and families we serve. Your fundraising dollars provide: 

•  Meals
•  Educational activities
•  Sports equipment/experiences
•  Art activities
•  Resources needed for book and personal care product distribution
•  And much more! 

Yes, and donors can receive a receipt for their donation if it is made directly to CCC through an online donation, Venmo, or check. Receipts cannot be given for any donations made to you on CCC’s behalf. CCC’s tax id is 27-1926563.

Because your fundraiser is considered a service, donors will pay you directly. You will be responsible for sending the funds to CCC yourself through Venmo, online credit card form, or a check. Please note that this also means you cannot provide these types of donors with a tax receipt. (See previous FAQ).

No, you’ll submit your results through the form several times!

1. You need to fill out a new form for each phone call (6 or more times). We recommend beginning the form while you’re on the phone, as there is information you’ll need to get from your donor on the phone.
2. You need to fill out a new form once with the completed results of your text, email, and social media campaigns. If you decide to create a fundraiser, you fill out the form once with your total earnings. 

It is due on November 1 for all teens!
