Creating Connected Communities is an Atlanta nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the lives of children experiencing hardship through community programming, while also empowering teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers across our diverse community.
Creating Connected Communities is dedicated to meeting the needs of families from diverse ethnic, social, religious, and economic backgrounds. Our interactive programs engage all participants in actively learning and contributing to a diverse society through appreciation, acceptance, empathy and respect.
CCC’s Leadership Development Program engages Jewish teens in grades 8-12 in learning critical leadership skills, addressing social justice issues, developing their Jewish identities and implementing community-building programs with their peers.
