Please read below for details on our wonderful CCC programs:
Spring Festival - Each year CCC partners with an organization to bring a springtime event to their clients' children. From planting community gardens to teaching sports clinics, these events are full of fun games and activities for everyone to enjoy.
Teen Program - Teens living in shelters do not have the opportunity to attend prom and homecoming dances. Our young volunteers provide that experience for more than 80 underprivileged teens. Complete with a DJ, photo booth, sundae bar, and a beautiful party venue, our teens and guests have a chance to dance, hang out, and enjoy a carefree afternoon of fun.
Fall Festival - CCC partners with the Atlanta Police Department's PAL Program to provide over 200 children with a safe and fun-filled Halloween block party, an opportunity they are not afforded due to neighborhood safety concerns. Our festival includes a Haunted House, Moon Bounces, Halloween crafts, healthy fresh snacks, field games, costumes, and DJ entertainment.
Amy's Holiday Party - Since 1995, Amy's Holiday Party, CCC's signature event, has provided hundreds of underprivileged children with a chance to celebrate and be celebrated during the holiday season. Every December, with the help of over 300 teen volunteers, 700 guests attend a carnival, make crafts, take a picture with Santa, eat lunch, dance with a DJ, and choose brand new gifts from our "Toy Store."
